The 2004 AIP Region 1 Conference will be held at the Best Western Southcenter Hotel, Seattle, Washington May 28-29, 2004. The room rate is $78.00 (single or double) which includes a voucher for a continental breakfast in the restaurant.
Friday registration will open at 6:00 p.m. and be followed with an informal dessert reception and education program, "Parliamentary Pitfalls," at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverside Room, presented by Region 1 Governor Mary Randolph, CPP-T, PRP.
Saturday registration will open at 8:00 a.m. with the meeting at 9:00 a.m. starting off with an interactive educational session on "The Disciplinary Hearing" led by Region 1 Lt. Governor John Noonan, PRP. The business meeting will follow the workshop and will include reports from region chapters, election of officers, and adoption of revised bylaws.
After lunch Bob Dolan, PRP, will lead a workshop: "A Treasure Trove of Tools and Tips." The final business meeting will follow, with adjournment planned for 4:00 p.m.

Registration forms must be postmarked on or before May 8, 2004 for early registration discount. All fees to be paid in US Currency.
Cancellation policy: All cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellations received before May 21, 2004 will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 21, 2004.
FULL Registration: $30 by 5/08/04, $40 after 5/08/04.
NON-MEMBER (Guest) Registration: $35 by 5/08/04, $45 after 5/08/04.
Registration includes all conference and education materials and luncheon.
